Motion Camera Capture System is the system that tracking a model vessel’s motions under different wave, current or wind conditions is one of the fundamental tasks at a hydrodynamics lab. Using data from two or more cameras the system calculate the 3D positions of the markers  attached to a model (ship or floating structure) the surge/sway/heave/roll/pitch/yaw, 6DOF motion is calculated and transferred over a TCP-IP connection in real-time. Furthermore, the 6DOF data can  be output in analogue form in real time to be used for real-time control of the carriage and/or the model itself.
